We offer private point-to-point service, and all transfers are conducted in a comfortable private vehicle. For a smooth experience, please indicate the number of luggage pieces (if any) when booking. If you have oversized luggage, a wheelchair, baby seat, or extra baggage, kindly let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

• Please remember to bring your passport or valid ID card and a visa if required for entry into Macau. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration requirements.
• All surcharges must be paid directly to the driver in cash (HKD) or by credit card, which is subject to a 5% service fee.
• Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 guests, with infants counted as one person. For groups exceeding 6 guests, multiple vehicles will be required.
• Please provide the number of guests, pick-up time and location, drop-off time and location (if any), and luggage details (if applicable) during checkout.
• Child seats can be arranged upon request for your convenience.
• Meet-and-greet service for airport pick-up is available upon request, subject to an additional charge.
• Standard transfer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM. A surcharge of HKD 300–500 for service between 11:31 AM and 7:59 AM.
• During Hong Kong / Macao public holidays, an additional surcharge of HKD 300–500 per driver may apply. Surcharges during the Chinese New Year period will be quoted separately.
• *Golden Week periods related to these holidays may also be subject to additional surcharges.
• Please kindly provide a contact number with WhatsApp access for easier coordination. One day before the tour, we will create a WhatsApp group including you and the assigned driver, and share the vehicle and driver details to ensure smooth arrangement.
• In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
• Please note that smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for all passengers.
