This trip was not the itinerary I bought. I had to pay extra twice to continue trip or find my own way back to Bangkok. Signed up for English speaking and it was done by the phone translation app on the guides phone. In the dark on plans. Drop off at sites only, no guide information on sites seen. Think again booking with this company.
Be careful if you think you are booking this trip!! It did not turn out to be as described. We did NOT go to the floating market🤬
Dear Janice Hammer We understand your disappointment with your recent tour experience. We did our best to address the situation by offering you a free rafting trip and ultimately a free tour. To prevent similar situations in the future, we encourage you to carefully review tour details before booking. This helps ensure that the chosen tour aligns with their interests and preferences. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a better experience with your future bookings. Sincerely, Parallel Tour
A full day of exploring with the most amazing guide. A real good trip for learning about the History of Thailand and exploring Thai culture.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed your tour and found the guide amazing. Happy to know you learned so much about Thai history and culture. Kind regards Thailand Tours team
We took a short train ride through beautiful scenery to see the bridge. You can actually walk over the bridge (trains do still use the line!) and this is a great way to view the structure & imagine how difficult it was to build. We visited on a hot day and would recommend plenty of sun cream & you can buy cold drinks from nearby stalls.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad you enjoyed the scenic train ride and walking over the bridge. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon. Kind regards Thailand Tours team
