Carolyn gave a thorough walking tour of Annapolis - history interspersed with great food and drinks. And ice cream! A fun way to learn about this beautiful town.
The guide was great - she is very knowledgeable about the history of Maryland! The food selections were good, but I don’t feel it was enough for the price we paid. On other food tours I have gone on in the past, we typically go to more than 3 stops. By the end of this one, I was still hungry. Other than that, I had a great time!
We only visited three restaurants and two of them were Italian. This is not a representative of the local Annapolis food scene.
Great tour, food and good company. Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Guide provided a lot of good history
Great way to see Annapolis. Our guide, Carolyn, was fun, energetic and knowledgeable. She really loved the city. Be warned though, fast walker and fast talker 😄 our first food stop was Red Red wine. Interesting origin story but better pizza! I had a wine flight (extra) but it was delicious. Note- we arrived hungry for a 1:00pm tour and our first bite was close to 2:00pm. We had lots to eat on the tour but I was getting hangry. Second food stop was Harry Browne’s. Unbelievable crab bisque. Very heavy but terrific. The calamari was ok but I would have paired something else. Third food stop was Luna Blu. Great origin story and great pasta. Also had the wine flight but it was too much for the time we had. The desert was a very rich chocolate mousse. All in all, it was a great time. It was nearly 4 hours start to finish and we walked roughly 3 miles. The churches, buildings inns etc were fascinating. Highly recommend.
We had a great time with Carolyn! She was very knowledgeable on the history of Annapolis and fun. The food was delicious especially the cream of crab soup! I liked that we ate and then learned some history on our walk. It helped so you didn't get too full. I recommend this to anyone visiting there. It's a great way to learn about the area.
Carolyn was great. She shared lots of history and took us to three terrific restaurants. We got a feel for the layout and history of the city. Our group size of ten worked very well
Carolyn was delightful and knowledgeable about Annapolis old and new. Looking into bringing my family from out of town back over the holidays.

Caroline was so knowledgeable and personable and the food was amazing- we already know which restaurants we want to go back to!
