Good tour that did an excellent job organizing. There were some small issues with communciation and booking the hotel but they were able to resolve it. Would recommend!
The tour package was excellent. Mr. Windy did all his best to make us a memorable stay. Our family had a great time thanks to all the staff effort. We did the whole 13 days tour in Vietnam with 4 cities and the guides, drivers and staff was the best choice we have experienced. Our family booked the tour package with the company and all was super. Hanoi Army hotel was very nice, good guides and driver and extremely nice journey to Halong bay on board the Amanda cruise. Mr. Windy followed us all everyday's plan and met us at the end of the trip to make sure every went well. Higly recommend his service to everybody traveling to Vietnam.

As my parents did not speak good English, we chose a package with a Chinese guide; the tour lasted five days and included night trips to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and a day trip to Ninh Binh. Especially a day trip to Ninh Binh, well worth it. Our holiday was special as Windy was very attentive to our food and accommodation and we were comfortable throughout the journey. If you need a Chinese guide, we highly recommend them.
