Our driver will pick you up from your hotel then drive 7 -10 minutes to our helipad in the Zambezi National park. On the way to the helipad chances of meeting buffalo and elephants are very high. Once at the helipad one of our attendants will take you through a safety briefing thereafter you will be ready to fly. Between our helipad to the Victoria Falls will be about 1 minute flight on the helicopter. The rest of the time will be spent orbiting over the Victoria Falls.

This company is super professional and we felt very comfortable. We didn’t really enjoy being filmed but could see that some tourists were loving it and bought the film at the end. I guess this is a nice touch even if it is not your cup of tea! Our pilot was lovely and the fifteen minutes went quickly. So glad that we saw the falls from the air and ground.

Thai could have been an easy 5star however I noticed at payment that everyone had paid different amounts. My driver was very good, came 30min earlier than agreed but didn’t mind as I was ready and they did ask before hand. We picked up other people on the way, was given from seat and had AC. At arrival was greeted by our guide, John was friendly and explained procedure well. John also so kind and attentive gave me seat next to pilot which was a nice touch! The trip lasted 13min enough to see the falls. I asked a few question and the pilot was happy to answer. I can’t recommend it enough to do this while here but shop around and haggle as someone paid as a solo traveller just like me $70 less. This alone was very upsetting. The day before I was refused a bundle as they do not apply this unless you’re are at least two. Gutted to then find out someone else paid so much less being a solo passenger like me. Despite that I am so glad I got to experience this!

We walked past the Chikopokopo stand after going the Victoria Falls and booked a flight. It gave an amazing perspective of the Falls. A must do on anyone's itinerary visiting the Victoria Falls! Gift was our safety officer keeping us informed, feeling welcome and ready for adventure while keeping safe.
