After Luggage Pick up and Customs please proceed OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal Building to meeting point # 10. If you are not planning on investing in a Time Share or Vacation Club we suggest not stopping inside the Airport Terminal Building after you picked up Your Luggage and passed through Customs. We recommend to call our Airport Supervisor once you are in the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit. For your Departure Pick up time please contact our Resort Representative within 24 hours of your arrival Después de recoger su equipaje y pasar por aduana, diríjase FUERA del edificio de la terminal del aeropuerto hasta el punto de encuentro # 10. Si no planea invertir en un tiempo compartido o club de vacaciones, le sugerimos que no se detenga dentro del edificio de la terminal del aeropuerto después de recoger su equipaje y pasar por la aduana. Booked private transportation from the airport to Hard Rock with EPIC. After booking they were incredibly easy to find at the airport and our driver, Jesus, was courteous, professional and safe. The Suburban was clean and comfortable and overall a great experience! Would highly recommend EPIC and a private ride over a shuttle.

The attention from the team from the reception at the airport was very friendly, the transfer time, the comfort of the vehicle, everything in general was excellent. Mr. Sergio was super friendly, prepared with soft drinks and water for passengers 10/10 super recommended ☺️
