We stopped in here randomly one afternoon while in town. We sat up at the bar, and our bartender was fantastic. She poured our drinks well, and was very friendly. When we told her we were bar-hopping, she started recommending places to try and which ones to avoid. I would name drop her, but I forgot to get it. She had long, bright blue hair and was working on Sat 5/16 if management happens to read this. She did not steer us wrong!
After visiting multiple Hard Rocks all over the world, this one felt very soul less. Not much music memorabilia or anything…you could be in any restaurant really but with the HR price tag which is a real shame. Visually from outside it looks nice and the shop, the bar with guitar ceiling is cool but thats literally it. Restrooms were gross too. The food was good as always which is the main thing. I probably wouldn’t tell anyone to visit here
The waiting times were really long even if there were lots of available tables, so it really seemed like they needed more staff, but the food was incredibly good, one of the best restaurants ive been in. I will definetly come back!!
Love going to hard rocks. The food is good n reasonable priced and the servers are friendly. But the best part is checking out the memorabilia on the wall.
Excellent as always friendly service and staff are chatty food well cooked and prepared enjoyed our meal and especially the ice cream for dessert big and spacious restaurant
We had spent a few hours in Alcatraz, so once back, needed a fast type of meal rather than a proper restaurant. It was very good for fast food. The staff were nice, seemed clean and music very good
We were completely satisfied with our visit to Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco! The burgers were really delicious, freshly prepared and perfect to the point. The Service was friendly, attentive and very warm – you immediately feel welcome. Also the location right on the pier is just great, overlooking the bay and amid the lively hustle and bustle. A great experience and highly recommended – we would love to come back.
Located at the entrance to the hyper-tourist Pier 39 in Fischerman's Warf, this establishment is no worse or better than one of the far too expensive tourist traps that trust the premises. At least we know the burgers on offer and the prices, although already exorbitant, do not exceed those of their neighbours. Service really sucks, the food is greasy and way too salty and still had a final ticket of more than $65 TIP included for two burgers, a glass of water and a beer. Well it's greasy, covered with a sickening sauce, super salty and frankly dangerous for your health (everything we love states!!)
This hard rock cafe doesn't fit the chain's range. Nothing hard rock, except a video wall with the classic old songs. Service substandard and surly, moreover they try to sell you the glasses on the bill without mentioning that they are yours. Only scoring hard rock so far.
Iovanny was our server, provided good insight into menu and beverages Great sense of humour and attentive service Cheers mate from the 6 Aussies
