Atmosphere was warm and friendly, our server, Sophie was lovely and polite. The food was fantastic and I would highly recommend visiting if in Amsterdam.
We were in the shop. Somewhat elevated prices, a nice atmosphere in the venue, and friendly service. Drinks at moderate prices.
Hard Rock Cafe as expected. Nice, friendly service. Beautiful ambiance. Seating available outdoors, attached shop with upscale prices. Moderate prices in the restaurant.
On our travels we have visited many cafes and met employees. We went there 3 times during our time in Amsterdam and were always delighted not only with the quality of the food but also with the warmth of the staff. We would particularly like to highlight Martha and Matt. For me, here in Amsterdam there are the 2nd best Spareribs I have ever eaten in cafes of this franchise. However, Edinburgh is only slightly ahead. But that's just my opinion. The location of the cafe overlooking a canal during the meal is special and that we liked very much. We try to come back in October. Until then, thank you again for the great time there.
Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam offers a solid, if predictable, dining experience. The location is convenient and the iconic rock ‘n’ roll atmosphere is fun with plenty of memorabilia to admire. The food is decent—classic American fare that’s well-prepared but nothing particularly special. Service was friendly, though at times a bit slow during busy periods. Portions are generous, which is a plus. It’s a reliable choice if you’re looking for familiar comfort food in a lively setting, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. Good for families and tourists seeking a casual meal
The kindness of the staff was 5 stars. They went above nice to caring and helping me thru a great afternoon
Great we had a very nice evening. The food was good. The staff was very nice. We had a good time.
Great restaurant in Central Amsterdam, next to the canals, we recommend this place for a romantic trip
The Hard Rock Cafe never disappoints😀 We would like to thank Giovanni from the bottom of our hearts for the professional and very friendly service, who shared his life story with us. From the menu we chose the Original legendary burger with a bottomless drink, Bacon cheese burger (kids menu) special Messi edition, our child chose fruit as a side dish and the Messi menu comes with a free drink. We also had One night in Bangkok spicy shrimp, BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and lemonade. The food was perfect as always, we didn't wait long and the children also got ice cream as a freebie. In addition, we received a discount coupon for shopping at the Hard Rock shop and there was a small figurine as a gift with the Messi menu. We also really appreciate the wet wipes that they always bring us after the meal at the Hard Rock Cafe. We all left very satisfied. Even though we don't directly seek out the Hard Rock Cafe, whenever we see it, we go there to eat, because so far it has always been a great experience with amazing and fresh food👌🏻
Very unwelcome, we arrive via the terrace which is not the conventional entrance (we did not see the entrance?) so the two waitresses look up and down, we apologize and ask if it is possible to have a drink, we are looked at again as if we had asked for something unusual in a bar? We show a free table to sit on and the waitress replies very haughtily that it is closed without offering us an alternative. I have rarely had such a bad experience. on the other hand I recommend the bar above (Guinness Aran Pub) which KNOWS how to welcome guests and place them when its terrace is open.
