We had a 2 day tour in Hanoi and we could not have asked for a better guide. He made sure to take us to the most unique and important places so we wouldn't miss any of the highlights of the city. He answered all our questions, taught us fun and interesting facts about the country and it's history, and was overall kind and patient and accommodating to all our needs. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!
I would give 6 star if it is possible. Very pleasant and helpful guide. He answered all my questions, completely adapted to my needs. He showed us places we wouldn't have gone to on our own, especially regarding food.
This was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam. Our guide brought to life the history, culture and people of this brilliant country. We did a city tour encompassing pagodas, the Temple of Literature, the mausoleum and museum of ethnicity. We also had great fun with him exploring the street markets of Hanoi and less fun but great engagement at the ‘Hanoi Hilton’ prison museum. We delighted in the tour, leaned a lot, drank some delicious coffee and felt like we had been tourists without having to feel like tourists. Can’t recommend highly enough!
The guide was nice, explained the places. It was pleasant and friendly. I warmly recommend him. We spent about eight hours with him. They took us to places.
Great guy, funny, interesting, had a very nice day. Made us want to come back
Absolutely loved this Hanoi city tour – the best way to see the capital! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and tailored the day to my interests, covering the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Complex, and Tran Quoc Pagoda. The pre-booked local lunch was delicious and great value, and our agent handled every detail seamlessly from pickup at my Hoan Kiem hotel to drop-off. Communication was quick and clear throughout, and they even gave me tips for exploring the Old Quarter on my own afterward. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Hanoi – thank you so much!
We had an amazing experience visiting the traditional craft villages in Hanoi, especially the incense village. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, with colorful incense sticks creating a very peaceful and photogenic atmosphere. It was a great chance to learn about Vietnamese culture and traditional handicrafts. Our guide Hung was excellent — very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. They explained the history and the process of making incense in a clear and engaging way, and were always happy to answer our questions. Thanks to the guide, the trip was not only informative but also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the authentic side of Hanoi.
