Right at the heart of the city, Ta Hien is a small street spanning just over 200 meters but is one of the most crowded streets in Old Quarter particularly and in Hanoi generally. Ta Hien has the most specific features of both old Hanoi and modern Hanoi. It is named “international crossroad”, drawing many foreign visitors and also the residents thanks to affordable menus of snack foods, beers, pubs and street entertainment.

However, when you read this article, the street is no longer open to tourists. The safety of this place has created a huge concern for the local authorities. Therefore, all the check-in spots and cafes along the train street have been closed with caution signs on the street.

Can’t beat these meals!

My guide Frank was right on the money. We had three mains and a dessert that were all “on point”! He was very organized and even carried wet wipes to clean your hands etc. highly recommend!

Fun, food and adventure in Hanoi.

Food was awesome and our guide Minh was very engaged. He spoke very good English and provided other tour insights.
