We did a 7 day tour of Hanoi Halong and Da Nang. Anna took care of our Hanoi trip, she was very informative and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed her company, she took care to ensure we saw as much as possible with careful planning of our itinerary. Halong Bay was a cruise which we upgraded to 5* Venus which was worth every penny! Amazing room, lovely food, attentive staff. We were met at Da Nang by Emily (Ly) who took care of us for the last leg of our trip. She was enthusiastic and fun! We had a packed trip, her local knowledge was very helpful and we had a really enjoyable experience. Just to be aware some 3* hotels do not appear quite the same in reality as they do online…we upgraded and glad we did! This is no reflection on Ly or the tour company though. Vietnam Travel were fantastic in taking care of our upgrades and responding to our feedback. Very professional and efficient and would absolutely recommend them.
