I had actually thought I canceled this tour through Trip Advisor because of a scheduling conflict. Unfortunately, my guide had to wait for me because of my misunderstanding, but I was so glad he did because it was a great tour. Not only did I get to learn about the local food and try a bunch of it, but the tour felt more like a conversation between friends. My guide was very easy to talk to, which made the tour as a solo traveler really special.
