felt very cramped in the small car that was provided by company driver met us where he said we would were able to navigate where we wanted to go easily we didn't need to eat/drink but felt pressurised to do so guide very knowledgeable and would recommend it's a long commute from the cruise port so really think about building that into your day
Dear Michelle Painton, Thank you very much for your review. And we are so sorry to heard you was not enjoyed the tour. After checking driver and tour guide who took you to Hanoi City, i would like let you know something as the below: 1-Normally, in Vietnam, if there are two guests in group so we arrange private car 4 seaters for the tour. If guest are tall, you should let us know that so we will arrange private car 7 seaters for you. 2-Tour guide said that you were not enough sleep the day before when you on big cruise ship so when you join our tour, you feel tired and you saw everything is not good. 3-When our staff ask you how about the tour, you did say anything. If we know that , we will support you for make everything good for you. We are working in tourism a long time so we got alot of good reviews from our guests, but now we get review 3 star from you. We are little bit sad because we always try our best to support customers. In short, we are very appreciated your review. We hope to welcome you next time in Vietnam. Best Regards Kevin (Mr)
