Itinerary
When you meet our guide and drivers from Asia Vespa Tours at your hotel, you'll receive a safety briefing on how to ride on the Vespa and get on it easily and comfortably. Our guide will also teach you simple signals to use when necessary. Then, our tour guide will explain our itineraries in detail and ask for any special food requirements. Once everyone and everything is ready, it's time to hit the streets!
During the first stage of our Hanoi Vespa Tours, we will explore the iconic landmarks and lesser-known parts of the city, rich in culture and history. We'll cross the historic Long Bien Bridge and take a stroll along the 150-year-old train tracks to visit a local neighborhood where houses are built just 1 meter from the tracks. We'll also enjoy a glass of the national drink, Bia Hoi, before taking a short cruise to West Lake to enjoy the cool breeze.
During the second stage of our Hanoi Vespa Tours, we will take a ride through the farming villages along the Red River to immerse ourselves in the peaceful and colorful flower, vegetable, and banana plantations. This is a chance to experience different aspects of life and the harmonious contrast between city and rural life in Hanoi.
In the third stage of our Hanoi Vespa Tours, we navigate through the winding alleys to reach the Huu Tiep Lake. This lake is home to an aircraft that was shot down during the war in 1972 and still remains there today, in the middle of a peaceful residential area. We also have the opportunity to visit a local family and converse with the owner, who is a war veteran, to learn about his personal experiences and gain a deeper understanding of Vietnamese culture and traditions from past to present.

The final stage of our Hanoi Vespa Tours takes us to local eateries and family-run businesses for lunch, where we can support the local community and savor authentic dishes that are popular with the locals. We'll also visit a special egg coffee cafe that has been around since 1946.

We had a great time on this tour, our drivers Tung and Thuong arrived on time and took us to a restaurant where our guide Hoa was waiting, after a delicious lunch we were off on the vespas to see the sights, Hoa was friendly, informative and fun to hang out with. We took lots of nice photos and learned about the history and culture of Hanoi.

We had a great time on this tour, our drivers Tung and Thuong arrived on time and took us for lunch where we met the guide Hoa, after a nice lunch we were off on the vespas driving carefully through the Hanoi traffic to see the sights. Train street is a must see if you are visiting Hanoi, we also visited some museums and temples and were dropped off at our hotel after the tour

After spending an evening with Summi and her team on a scooter street food tour, we decided to book a morning Vespa sightseeing tour as well. We were able to choose the places we visited, which included a local food market, riding through narrow back streets (which was so much fun), the B52 site, Hoa Lo Prison, and Banana Island. The tour also included a drink by the river on Banana Island and lunch at a local restaurant. Summi provided interesting information at every stop and was always happy to answer our questions. She is incredibly friendly and cheerful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We did a private family tour with 2 adults and 2 children (aged 13 and 15), and it suited us perfectly. Highly recommend.

Fanatic half day tour through Hanoi. These Vespas can go where other vehicles cannot go or choose not to go. You get to see Hanoi is real life. Our guide Emma was so genuine and so lovely. Our drivers, Kai and Sang, were so professional. All 3 our them gave us a wonderful experience and super memories. Our guide, Shang, was an enthusiastic advocate for his country and its history and culture. We greatly appreciated his insights and perspectives. The Vespa drivers were excellent and within a couple of minutes we were comfortable weaving among the traffic — like water flowing. A great tour, stopping at a number of significant sites around Hanoi, including Train Street in time for the train: highly recommended.

Chris was a super great guide and so were the Vespa drivers! My brother and I learned so much about the history and current societal climate of Hanoi and Vietnam as a whole. To see several sights in a few hours in a city with a lot of traffic, the scooter has proved ideal.
