The way this works is you supply Viator with your phone number, and then the vendor reaches out to you the day before with instructions. Mine were to proceed to pillar 9 after exiting the arrivals hall, and they indeed had my name on the list. The car is not waiting there right at the moment - it’s at a parking lot further away, so the dispatcher requested it and it took like 10 more minutes to pull up. Overall efficient experience.
