Had to wait 30 minutes for driver in arrivals hall. Should have just taken train or taxi. Van clean. Driver friendly and professional when they arrived.
Very sorry for this happened. Matt's flight arrival 30 minutes earlier than schedule and our other driver was not available at that time. This is true and this is totally our fault and therefore we already refund 30% to the customer. We will try harder to keep this not happen.
