The freedom of this type of tour is fantastic. The narrator was well spoken and very accurate with directions. The information given was fabulous and was a great way to learn about the city of hamburg. I highly recommend this tour
The commentary was comprehensive, clear and articulate. Truly enjoyable with anecdotes and factual happenings. Clear instructions and navigation. Highly recommended.
I did a similar tour in Feiryberg and it was perfect. So I thought I would try this one for Hamburg. Unfortunately there is a ton of construction going around the city and these maps are not quite updated. So I had to kind of figure it out on my own. Also, if it’s super busy in the summertime, you might be super annoyed with this tour. I went in the 2nd weekend of May during the Harbor Day celebration. The streets were so crowded that I really could not do this tour properly. I could not focus on listening because I was too worried about getting through traffic safely and not running into people. It was very chaotic and stressful. So I do not recommend doing this on a Saturday afternoon with nice weather ha ha. Also, the tour does not take you through half of the historic and neat things in the city. I would say it either needs a second part… Or the tour needs to be longer. I feel like it left out a lot.
Hi there, We understand that most listeners won't be familiar with the surroundings of where they do the tour, this is why you also have the tour script and a map on your phone that shows the route to help guide you. Can you please contact us via support@voicemap.me with any specific examples so that we can review the tour and update it where necessary. We appreciate the feedback. We usually recommend doing this tour early in the morning on busy days to help avoid the crowds.
Very good tour. Redirects you when needed. We were able to pause and shop or have lunch. Enjoyed ourselves immensely.
This tour is GREAT! Well worth the price! Loved having a secret to the city! Highly recommend if you want to see Hamburg but at your own pace!
