We had booked a small group English-speaking Reeperbahn tour for today, 13.05.25 at 7 pm. Flight and hotel have been tailored exactly to this tour. After arriving in Hamburg this afternoon, we received a message by email that the tour had been cancelled. We don't even know what to say about this. The whole thing has cost us a lot of money and time for nothing now. One star is still too many. Finger weg von Jolly Tours!
Absolutely horrible. The tour guide didn’t show up. The meeting point was the Beatles platz at 7:00pm; got there by 6:50pm and waited until 7:20pm. No one showed up. I contacted Headout but they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. It was pouring in Hamburg yesterday and I had to take the subway for half an hour each way to get there. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Never use this company or go on this tour!!!!
Our guide cancelled the guided tour with 3 hours notice. This is absolutely not acceptable as it was part of a present to some of our friends.
Fun and educational tour of the Hamburg neighbourhood.Very well organized with a lot of background knowledge from Nina. Any time gladly again.
After a long search we found a tour with an English speaking guide. Our guide Florian was easy to understand and had really many exciting stories; both about the history of Hamburg and about Reeperbahn in general. This tour was the highlight of a fantastic weekend in this exciting city! Promise yourself to take a guided tour!
I had a very good tour walking around The Reeperbahn and St Pauli with Maila. Even though I was the only one on the tour she spent the whole two hours with me. She was very enthusiastic and spoke English very well. I recommend it if you want to learn about the area.
Hello Guy! Thank you very much for your review!
Our tour guide Florian showed us the most interesting places of the milius with a lot of humor and very informative. Whether Beatles locations, StarClub memorial plaque, David's Watch, street square, Great Freedom, etc.; there was everything you can develop under the Reeperbahn in terms of performances. After 2 1/2 hours of guided tours with tasting, there were still tips where you can still enjoy the flair at civilian prices. Many thanks Ingrid and Dieter from Dieburg
Liebe Ingrid, lieber Dieter! Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Kommt gerne wieder bei Zeiten! =)
