- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.

- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

We've paid much money for this option but we're not disappointed. Staff & crew was very friendly. The ship was luxury, clean & beautiful. The food was exceptional & very well planned! Highly recommend!
This 2D/1N trip was highlight of our trip in Vietnam. The food was really lovely, with lots of small courses & the chefs also made some wonderful food carvings for us. The bay was incredible beautiful & calm at night!
I want to start by confirming we really enjoyed our overnight voyage on HaLong Bay. We were not sure at the start as the Trip Advisor listing was not clear about the exact boat. The listing 'Halong Luxury Cruise" has 15 photos with the only boat clearly shown is the steel hulled Dynasty. We were surprised when we were told to board the older wooden hull Margarete. The photos of the rooms are quite different with the other boat looking more Luxury. We called the tour office and were told there was nothing they could do. We spoke to on board Cruise Director THOMAS and showed him pictures of the room we were expecting and he spoke to the Captain about upgrading our room. The new room was accepted and again we want to thank THOMAS for his help in making us happy. We enjoyed the food it was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the tour to Titop island for some amazing photos and the incredible Surprise cave. All in all we would recommend a tour to HaLong Bay. We would also recommend that Trip Advisor and the Tour Operation clarify the boat you are booking. I would have given 5stars except for boat confusion.
We had a great moments in Halong bay with this cruise trip. It's a bit rush but activities were very interesting. We did island & kayaking trip on the first afternoon, visited surprise cave on the second morning. We also did a Taichi in early morning, it's so funny. Staff were all professional with perfect services! Valued for money!
Everything was good and very kindness. Foods was excellent but too much that we never feel hungry. The kayaking place was beautiful but too crowded when we did!

The Halong bay itself was beautiful; the Surprising cave & views from Titop island top are stunning, the Luon cave for kayaking trip is incredibly tranquil. We had amazing 2days in Halong bay & it’s valued for money.
Excellent tour! We had amazing 2 days/ 1 night trip with this cruise & team. Titop beach was a bit crowded & should not swim. Just going up to the top & enjoy excellent views of Halong bay, islands 7 boats…Meals were wonderful with great introduction to the Vietnamese cuisine.
We were accommodated by warmly welcome & professional staff onboard. It’s very nice room & facilities were excellent & we had one of the most comfortable Sleeps in Asia. The hot tub & bathroom with perfect hot shower… Bar services & bar tender was magical. I would definitely recommend
I booked Halong luxury cruise as a birthday present for my husband on the last day of our vacation in Vietnam and thoroughly enjoyable. We’ve paid a bit more expensive than other tours but it is well worth it. Everything was faultless, we loved every moments with friendly staff, delicious foods & amazing Halong bay. We appreciated a lovely Birthday cake & wine! Don’t miss it!
