Cody The trip was a breeze, from pickup to hotel till dropping us back. Cody was always present and took amazing care of us. Was always listening to our needs as well. Ensured we got vegetarian food for a few of us. We had a friends birthday during the trip, he was kind enough to organise a surprise cake for us as well would 10/10 recommend
Great solution for visiting Halong Bay. Victor was fantastic at organizing the trip. He took us kayaking and to visit the caves. Everything was perfect
The cruise was so nice! Our Tourguide was Hung and he was very informed, his English was so good and he was very funny too! The crew was also very nice. I would recommend this tour.
Absolutely worth it! The Views in LanHa Bay are absolutely stunnig and Kevin/Hung our Guide and the Crew made sure we could enjoy every minute. The trip was very well planed with lots of interesting activities but enough time in berween to just kick back and relax on deck. The Ship was nice and clean and the room very comfortable. The food was tasty and well served. Especially the multy course welcome-lunch was an awesome kickoff for the beautifil trip. Drinks were extra. Thoug a bit more expensive then on land but reasonable and tasty. Thank you to the always polite and nice crew and especialy to Hung/Kevin who did an awesome job keeping everything under controll. There always is a small caveat. In this case ot was the small boat that brings you to tje main ship in a 40 minute trip. It was a bit too crowded with all the guests on board and quite loud. But that was a very small thing compared to the othervise awesome time we had.
I and my wife had a good experience with our guide leader Hung (Kevin) who was so friendly. Staff on boat was also accommodating. We did kayak on the bay. It was a nice experience because this is the first time we have done it. Thanks so much and highly recommend that to you.
Nice to go to LanHa bay which was quieter than Halong. Room was very tired and bathroom was also shabby. Food was average at best so although the staff tried their best this 'cruise' is in desperate need of an upgrade. Food was also pretty average. Sorry.

Our tour director Kevin/Hung was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and fully, with knowledge and wit, and answered all our questions. The food on the cruise was also a highlight, as was the rest of the crew. The room should have had more towels and amenities.
