One of the must do's while traveling in northern Vietnam, Halong Bay was absolutely stunning. We were supposed to do the one day cruise, but unfortunately my husband got sick with food poisoning and we had to cancel very last minute. The company went above and beyond trying to help us and even though they could not compensate the price (totally understandable as we cancelled one hour before) they did everything else. After my husband's health improved the next day we decided to do a day cruise and did not regret it. Halong Bay was foggy and rainy on the day we visited it, but it still managed to amaze us completely. I can only imagine how stunning it would be on a sunny day, as it was so stunning even in poor weather. Our tour guide Duc was an absolute pro and knew loads about Halong Bay and Vietnam. In addition to that he was very nice, helpful and genuine. :) The company has a Whatsapp number which makes communicating with them super easy and they reply fast. Nothing but positive things to say about them. They even arranged us a free ride to the airport from our hotel on our final day in Hanoi due to feeling sorry about not being able to compensate the two day tour we had to miss. Would definitely recommend both the experience and company!
