FREE: 8.450 - 9.15 AM: Picking up from hotel/ stay and depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way (go by new express way - faster & more comfortable)
Check-in oboard from Tuan Chau Marina habour at the noon time
12:15: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbour, check-in onboard. - We will take you on an 5 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, if bizarre scenery, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting, Incense Burner, and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-water-ing lunch on boat. 14:00: Visit Surprise cave - the most beautiful cave in Halong bay. - Visit Titov Island, swimming at the nice beach or hiking up to the top & enjoy amazing panorama view of Halong bay. - Do kayaking through tunnel & enjoy the bay in your own. 16:00: Return onboard, cruise back toward the harbour. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery. 17:30: Disembark Habour. Shuttle bus back to Hanoi & will arrive in Hanoi around 8.30 PM (FREE)

- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 7.40-8.20AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.

Great tour. Phong was great. Everything was so beautiful. Boat ride was smooth. The caves were my favorite part of the day.
Booking was easy. I made reservations to see Ha Long Bay the night before and the operator promptly sent me a message via Whatsapp and email to confirm. I was picked up at my hotel and bought to a central location in the Old Quarter and was picked up in a bus with other passengers. Bus was full but not crowded or cramped. The tour operator explained the itinerary engaged the group in light conversation before the roughly 2 hour bus ride. The ride includes a stop at a rest area for snacks before reaching the cruise port. The cruise port is very crowded as numerous tours are embarking at the same time. We were guided to our cruise where it was roughly 30-50 guests on a boat with 2 floors. First floor consists of assigned tables, a bar area and bathrooms. Upstairs is an open air deck with lounge chairs. Boat never felt crowded, plenty of room to move around. The tour included numerous stops including Ti Top island (where you can either swim at the small beach or climb 250 plus steps to see spectacular views of Ha Long Bay. Additional stops included Kayaking and visiting a large cave. The tour itself was wonderfully done, very informative, great host, plenty of time at each stop. My only complaint has nothing to do with the tour operators. Ha Long Bay is noticeably polluted with plastics so I chose not to swim. Also the crowds (during summer months) were huge so there were often lines at each place. The tour itself was well done and I would recommend to anyone.
