08:45 – 09:15: Pick up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Ha Long (FREE)
12:00 - 12.15 noon time: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, Check-in onboard - We will take you on an 5 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, if bizarre scenery, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting, Incense Burner, and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-water-ing lunch on boat. 14:00: Visit Surprise cave. - Visit Titov Island, swimming at the nice beach or hiking up to the top & enjoy amazing panorama views of the bay. - Do kayaking through tunnel & enjoy beautiful bay in your own. 16:00: Return onboard, cruise back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery. 18.00: Disembark Habour. Shuttle bus back to Hanoi & will arrive in Hanoi around 9.00-9.30PM (Optional)

- 7.40-8.20AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or Hanoi Silk Path hotel, 195 Hang Bong street at 7.45AM or Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.20AM to get on the bus
- Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone/ zalo
- Customers book option 11.30AM, please send passport information details by email or Whatsaap/ phone/ zalo. Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 11.30AM
- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
- Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see hotel/ address in the list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
- Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
- Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 11.30AM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 11.30AM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
- Cruise details will be confirmed before the departure
- From July 01, 2026, the Vietnamese government stopped all the tourist buses to come inside Hanoi Old Quarter. So, we will confirm exactly pickup point and time before the departure date. Pickup and drop-off services will be provided along the following streets: Hai Bà Trưng, Tràng Thi, Phùng Hưng, Hàng Đậu, Trần Nhật Duật, Trần Quang Khải, Nhà Hát Lớn, Tràng Tiền, Lý Thường Kiệt...

The transportation and the boat itself was absolutely fantastic. It was luxury and the food was fantastic however, the tour guide Robert Hung, although he spoke good English and explained history would inexplicably disappear at each stop . We stopped at a pearl farm and never gave us a meeting point. I tried to call him at 11:30 in the morning and I never got an answer from him all day. He finally showed up and we went to the boat and then once again he got off the boat and didn’t even say anything, and I actually slipped and fell in the bathroom by the boats at Ha Long Bay and I could not reach him by phone.

The tour to Halong Bay was great! The scenery is beautiful! Makes the 2.5 hour drive back and forth so worth it. Phong our tour guide was good at keeping the group together and explaining the details of the tour.
We had a lovely day out to Ha Long Bay! Our guide Phong was excellent, he arranged pick up from the hotel and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the trip. We had a good amount of time at all the stops and everything was clearly organises and efficient. A great day out with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere!
What a fabulous day! Phong and his colleagues provided a comprehensive service! The hotel collection was handled efficiently in spite of Hanoi traffic, the trip to Halong Bay went smoothly. Phong gave clear instructions and information throughout. The boat was comfortable and the food exceptional! The catering for vegetarian restrictions went above and beyond. We had just enough time at each location and had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this tour!

This was a really great day trip, the transport was organised very well, picking us up from the hostel. Nice coach for transport and the boat was also big, spacious and modern. A lot of food is provided for lunch, as well as fruit and local wine. The day does not feel rushed, and it’s a smooth journey to see Halong bay and associated sites. The staff were all very friendly, provided great service. Phong, the tour guide has a great personality and makes the trip fun, and provides very good information throughout. Thanks for a great day!
