08h00 – 09h00: Pick up at your Hotel (around the old quarter) Return on the new Highway ( Hanoi-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh), Stop over for a rest on the way.
11h45-12h00 : Arrival Tuan Chau island. Check on Boat and have Vietnamese traditional Lunch with seafood while cruising though the amazing rocks:Insence Bunner,Stone Dog,Cock fighting …
13h30: Explore Sung Sot- Surprising grotto Explore the longest, biggest and the most beautiful grotto of Ha Long bay(Sung Sot grotto-Surprising grotto).
14h45: Discover Luon Cave(water cave) With some options: -Kayaking or bamboo boat. -Relaxing on boat.
15h45: Visit Titop island: -Swimming on the beach. -Trekking Titop peak for taking photos with panoramic view of the bay.
16h30: Enjoy Sunset party on Boat with Red wine, French fried, cakes, Fruites.. 17h45-18h00: Back to Ha Long harbor. 20h30-20h45: Arrival to Ha Noi Drop you off at your hotel ( around the old quarter). My favourite part of the trip was Luan, the tour guide. He was an exceptional guide and made the whole experience better than expected. The views are amazing, weather permitting.
The trip was great. My family got picked up by a limousine bus there and back. The boat belonged to Genesis tour company, and it was in a great state. The food was good, the atmosphere. My family enjoyed a lot. The staff member, Steven, was very responsive and flexible to all my questions and inquiries on tours. My family did 2 tours with them: Mai Chau (wasn't great) and Halong Bay (was great) However, he was unprofessional at times. He mentioned that I was beautiful (without actually seeing my picture) and my voice was great after sending him a voice message and despite saying that it was unprofessional he didn't stop :( Otherwise, I would totally recommend the tour.

This time I went on a full-day cruise tour of Ha Long Bay with a friend on a group tour. The food was so delicious, I couldn't eat it enough. The tour guide was also very kind and humorous, entertaining us. However, the toilet and shower on the ship were a bit old and the water was not running well.

Very great tour guide, very serious to explain Any questions can be reflected with him Guides will tell jokes and interact with everyone The whole trip can't be relaxed. Transfer from hotel to return hotel Neither of us are happy. Dining on board is possible The accommodation room on the boat is a little small One must choose a balcony Can relax and stay

It is really relaxing, the guide is funny, the meal is delicious, the whole trip is good, the servants on the boat are also serious about each passenger.

Excellent tour guide, Mr. John! He can speaks english well and humorous. It was a fun trip in Ha Long Bay. He is very helpful. When we have trouble reaching back to Hanoi to take bus to Sapa, he helped us to make arrangements just to get us back on time for picking up the bus. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to find tour guide in Vietnam.
