I rather would have slept two more hours than go on this tour. The line through the cave moves slowly since it's so crowded. There's nothing special about it. It's a cave. Skip this and the 1 night/2 day cruise. Complete waste of time.
This was an experience, traveled to the cave by tender, climbed up 600 stairs, toured through the cave, which was amazing, climbed down the 600 stairs. Make sure you pack a hat and water. Definitely must be done when visiting.
Awsome cave to discover. Platform stairs well maintained and was not dried easy to walk and enjoy this cave, i did the cave with le journey cruise with our guide Henry was so knowledgeable and explained so well. Enjoyed so much suprise cave
The cave itself very beautiful and has easy step way. But the crowds went to the cave together so don’t expect you will have private corners to enjoy and click photo. We did this cave in July afternoon it was so crowded otherwise the cave is amazing.
On the second day of arriving in Vietnam, my friends and I went to Ha Long Bay. This place is very nice, quiet and has a very different character from the Italian beaches
This is the largest and perhaps the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Sung Sot Cave is among the most prevalent tourist attractions for travelers and it is included in itineraries of cruises in Halong Bay. Visitors must climb the stairs to the grotto's mouth. The first chamber is adorned by stalagmites and stalactites and lit by multicolored lights. The second chamber is large and grand with extremely high ceilings and has many interesting rock formations.
He didn't love the cave although we've already seen some of it. It is a spectacular place for the environment and where it is located. We will definitely come back!
After passing the steps, the landscape is amazing, inside the cave the move is more accessible than I imagined, it is completely lit. The view is beautiful.
This is a must see/do trip. You float peacefully through magnificent limestone formations. You have the option to rest peacefully in your cabin or on the top open deck and take in the views or participate in on board activities (spring roll making). The staff are great and the excursion to Sung Sot cave is truly spectacular. I was unsure of visiting the cave since I'd seen many before but this one was better than any I'd seen. The only negative of the trip was that there was too much food. 10 course meals for lunch and dinner, although very nice, was too much and I hate to think of the waste of the food.
