- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.
- Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going
- Customers book option 11.30AM, please send passport information details Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 11.30AM
- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...

We spent a great time on the cruise: very kind and helpful tour guides, great and nice cabines, delicous meals. On top the wonderful landscape. Only problem: there are too many people and too many ships.
The tour was very good but a little too packed with activities, maybe let the passengers relax on the deck and enjoy the view of Halong bay a bit more. Overall that's an excellent experience. Would recommend to friends!
This was an excellent mix of activities and free time for enjoying the views of the bay. Our on-boat tour guide Jimmy and the crew were energetic and very attentive.
Positives: Fair price. The cruise was beautiful in Vietnamese style for small group with good bedrooms & private bathroom. Friendly staff & services. Schedule was excellent, visited Halong bay, kayaking in Lan Ha bay & passed Bai Tu Long bay on the way back... Negatives: Boat was older than picture + Rubbish in the bay & a bit expensive drinks! We can recommend to friends

Yes, our schedule is highlight when we visiting deeply Halong bay, do kayaking & swimming in Lan Ha bay around 1 hour & passing Bai Tu Long bay on the way back. We're sorry about the picture of the boat, please deeply understand that we took a photos when beginning, we run the boat every day on the bay with wind, waves, salt waters...& we always paint it every 6 months/ time. We've had to pay lots of Tax for government when sell drinks onboard like a bar in the city. We always inform our Administration of Halong bay about the rubbish but it out of our control! This cruise trip is a great way to see Halong bay because of fair price & special schedule that we enjoyed very much: Climbing Titop island trip & had great view of Halong bay on the first afternoon, then we doing kayaking & swimming in Lan Ha bay where less touristy. Surprising cave tour & passing Bai tu long bay on the way back was very good option. Highly recommend!

The cruise departed from a very nice habour where was not touristy, just some boat around. Did a great schedule to visit Halong bay, Lan Ha bay & Bai Tu Long bay. Views from the top of island was brilliant. Staff & tour guide was outstanding. Transfers from Hanoi by new high way was perfect. That's a great choice in middle range cruise in Halong bay!
My family & I had great time on this cruise trip. Activities were all exciting with kayaking & swimming in the bay, cooking class & Tai chi was funny. Our guide - Tran was very kind, smart & helpful. Services & staff were excellent. Highly recommend!
