Halong Bay 5 star Cruise 2 Days and 1 Night

It was a fantastic trip. The entire experience from boarding to check out was flawless and organised . Thanks to the manager Mr. Emmanuel and Mr. Alex , for their great care and hospitality, My gratitude to The F & B manager Mr. Alex for the superb service and customised diet .

This is an amazing relaxing experience. The journey from Hanoi by road might be lengthy but it is worth making the journey for this experuthat awaits your arrival. Check-in is so smooth. The Transfe to your Cruise ship is smooth and a great opportunity to view the amazing scenery. Once onboard you immediately feel an air of luxury and great service. Our room was spacious with a balcony to relax on and take in the surroundings. The staff are so friendly and provide excellent service. ‘Smiley’ our host. Never stops smiling as he delivers ‘excellent service’. The Cruise is very smooth. We teally enjoyed the time for Kayaking, after the early morning awakening Tai Chi exercises ! This was my second experience and wont be my last !

This is a beautiful boat with an exceptional crew. From the minute, we entered the board this cruise ship we were kindly greeted and treated like royalty. The food was excellent and Rose our hostess was amazing. She was kind and considerate. She paid attention to all our needs and get to know us. This was an exceptional experience.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the Orchid Classic 2. The staff was so attentive, especially Rise who attended to us in the dining room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The ship was spotless. The views were unforgettably beautiful.

The trip was great. We had a 2 year old child with us, but the entire trip was very accommodating. Our child was treated like a prince, being carried by the staff while in his stroller napping, and receiving some delicious snacks and fruits. We were served by Alex. He was very helpful, even things like getting us milk for our kid. Parents had a nice time too. Great view of the bay from the ship, easy hike with beautiful views of cat ba, and nice time kayaking and swimming in the clean water :) and Food was very yummy!

Although our stay with Orchid Cruise was a very short one, it was a very memorable stay. The cruise manager, Bang, was very warming and welcoming. Bang checked in on us to make sure that our stay was pleasant throughout. The crew welcomed us with a very hearty meal for each breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our server, Alex/Phong, was very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that there was a new course in front of us as soon as the previous was finished. He ensured that our 2-year-old was also very well fed and was also sure to prepare a saved plate of breakfast for when one of us was unable to wake up early enough to join. The massages on the cruise were also very amazing and relaxing. Our family can attest that it was a very thorough and memorable massage in comparison to what we’ve experienced outside of Orchid Cruise. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful place. Lovely staff. Tim and bang were great! We only stayed for one night. It was a little short and rushed but that’s our fault for not booking another night

The boat was lovely. Great food and service from the lovely Tim. The cruise manager Bang was very helpful and friendly. Kayaking was fun.

Merlin(Cham) is very attentive and always helpful. Love her smile and she is very good with her services. Will definitely visit again! 🤩🤩🤩

Really great. Food excellent. Staff were friendly and entertaining. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Interesting location. Activities were fine. Writing reviews with a minimum word count is particularly annoying and entirely unnecessary. Who thx hell is actually going to read the {}#^ing review anyway. #^*+%!!!!!!!
