So well organised and everything worked like clock work. The boat was clean and very comfortable. You will be treated exactly as a guest should. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and Luc was on point. Meals were delicious and the excursion organized well. Definitely something to consider on your trip to Vietnam.
Our overnight cruise was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful room, fun activities, lovely food. The staff on board Luc, Tom Cruise, Jack Sparrow, Hannah and all of them were very helpful and professional.
The Sapphire Cruise for 1 night/2 days in Halong Bay was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and very passionate with their service. The catering for vegetarian was superb. Activities such as kayaking, swimming, tai chi and boat trip to the cave was wonderful. We were also upgraded to Suite Cabin at top floor which was a plus. Some minor improvements are that room details show jacuzzi bath but it is actually just a spa bath. Also, the suite cabin lacks privacy as guests are able to move around the suite room. It would also be nice if the the boat is cruising around the 5-6pm happy hour time. It cruises mostly at meal times.
What a good moment. The meal are composed of several dishes, the room is charming and the bathtub with the view on it is lovely. A big special thanks to Nhat who made our trip unforgetable by his kindness and attention.
We had such an amazing time with Sapphire Cruise. The staff were so attentive, the food was amazing and so much of it, you were never left hungry. The boat was clean and the rooms were lovely.
