8h00-8h30: Pick up at the Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem district). Our guide finds you at the hotel/stay lobby to go for the tour. We will send you the approcimate time the bus and guide will come to each hotel/stay location. Gather at Opera House front for the trip if your hotel is outside of the Old town
After 3 hours drive + pitstop (It is a pearl or bamboo show room + Farm + Factory - We do not have any connection with it. You just go and see things you like or even shop; it is normally just a place for toilet or a cup of coffee)., we reach to the cruise harbor at around mid-noon. Check in the cruise and discover Halong bay in 6 hours boat tour. The entrance fee as it is not inclusive in our rate. The start point can be changed to Tuan Chau cruise harbor for the noon-start trip. Government entry ticket 310.000d is not inclusive in our rate. We do not own it or do government ticket business. Kindly give to our guide to buy tickets for you to pass the gate to check in our boat.
The cruise starts together with lunch and the first place to visit Famous rock which is the symbol of Halong. Kindly notice: NOT BRINGING plastic bottle water to the boat as it is forbiden by the Government. If you bring your own drinks and want it to be served in the restaurant, there will be a surcharge 30% of the drink's price on the boat menu.
Visit the best cave of Halong bay within 50 minutes. The walk route includes around 200 steps up and 200 steps down together with a walking path of 400m inside the cave.
This is a 35 minutes special lagoon visit with best way to explore is by kayaking on your own (Extra cloths needed) or enjoy a bamboo boat row by local people
Visit Titov island and beach where you can enjoy swimming or hike up to top hill (400 steps) to have panoramic view of Halong bay. From here we start the cruise back. The cruise hits back to shore at 18h00 and the 2h30m drive back to Hanoi city.
Around 20h30: We return to start point. End of the tour. We wish you a great time in Vietnam.

If you do, your booking will be canceled immediately.
- Additional Profit: When you book the tour and do not want to go but it is too close to departure time you will not be able to cancel. We can help to later the booking if you notice us 12h before tour departure time via our hotline. If not the tour will not be refunded.. - Halong bay is highly protected area and routes are organized by our Government. all day cruises have to follow the routes strictly and cannot go anywhere we like. So there will be many boats are running in the same route and there are only 2 routes to visit Halong bay in a day with 4 hours and 6 hours. Our staff will always try our best to avoid the crowd by arranging the activities order but in some peak season time and weekend in Summer time there will be some crowd.

We paid €17 per person. However, in the end, we had to pay more than double that. The stops were very crowded and the staff was not helpful. The view was great, but everything else was not so nice.
It was a wonderful experience, enjoying the beauty of God's creations! Our guide Lee was great and took care of the group throughout
Great destination, great program, also the ship was fine and the buffet better than expected. The fact that it became a somewhat chaotic battle at the buffet cannot be blamed on the organizer. Some fellow travellers had immediately cleared the best things for their table. Negative were the excessive shopping stops on arrival and departure and the initially refused arrival of my hotel on the return journey.
The trip is poorly explain through this site. Everything was rushed and timetable wasn't clear. The stops were mostly made so you would buy stuff along the way. Halong bay is beautiful, but I don't really think the way all of this is handled, it is worth it.
The cruise itself was great. Lunch was good. We did feel pressured to buy drinks and souvenirs but card wasn’t accepted so we had to pass. Trip advisor should really mention we need to pay another $25 dollars in addition to what is purchased online. Also, there needs to be more communication about meeting spots and the time that people are picked up and the cruise leaves. There was a ton of down time and very limited communication. Would do again if communication was stronger.
Dear Traveler, 1. 4 times in your tour voucher the Not Included Government entry ticket 310k each is indicated, Failure to read it making the problem. 2. Local shopping is always with cash. At sea poor reception there will be no credit card accepted. 3. Shopping is on your decision, you do not drink on cruise it is all depends on you. 4. Meeting is always at Hanoi Old Quarter hotel or meet point Opera House if your hotel is outside, if you are late with promised time, we do not come back to your hotel, you need to take taxi to our meet up.
Highly recommend this boat trip through some stunning scenery, one of the highlights in Thailand. Plenty of time to enjoy a drink and take in the views, with some free time and a short walk at the end.
An unforgettable experience, one of the best excursions of my life! I was incredibly lucky that day: totally clear skies, perfect light, soft atmosphere... and an absolutely adorable group. The people were all very friendly and our guide even more, kind, funny and very pro, he really gave rhythm and good energy to the day. All the activities were really nice and well organized. The only small downside: there were a lot of people. As a result, some “fast” walks take twice as long because of human traffic jams. Nothing dramatic, but you have to know. The buffet was excellent, varied and generous. However, I advise against wine, fruit and fruit drinks, clearly below the rest. Despite these little details, it was a magical day, which I recommend with my eyes closed. An excursion to live at least once in a lifetime. I understand why they call it the 8th Wonder of the World.

We signed up for the 6 hour tour not realizing it did not include the 4 hour round trip travel time, so we arrived home after the dinner hour. The transport was clean and accommodating but stopped for 30 min at a rest stop to seat you in a classroom and sell bamboo clothing products to you. We would not have chosen this selection if we were informed. HaLong Bay was crowded and incredibly busy at the 3 stops , the food was good and filling for the price
Dear Readers and Travelers, There is a big issue of economical problems in Westerns countries leading to new type of customers! We know sometimes some travelers just buy the cheapest tour option and "forget" to read the option details and use review power to gain profit. Surely they will not know what is included even it is clearly written in the voucher details. It happened for this clients making a fun fact that they have to pay for the correct option of START FROM HANOI when they only want to only pay for START FROM HALONG CITY option.
