Private tour starts @9.30 AM we pick up at your hotel lobby anywhere in Hanoi city. Group tour start pick up from 8h00 to 8h30 AM at your hotel in Hanoi lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem district). If your hotel is outside we pick up 8h50 -9h00 at the Opera House front. Drive to Halong bay via high-speed way 2.5 hours
Check in the boat at noon and have lunch on boat. Boat time + visit places in Halong bay for 6 hours. Our sightseeing time on the boat is 3 hours + 3 stops for almost 1 hour each.

Visit the best cave of Halong bay
This is a 35 minutes special lagoon visit with best way to explore is by kayaking on your own (Extra cloths needed) or enjoy a bamboo boat row by local people
Visit Titov island and beach where you can enjoy swimming or hike up to top hill (400 steps) to have panoramic view of Halong bay. Later drive back to Hanoi
Shuttle gets back to Hanoi city center after 2h30 drive. We return you back to your hotel. Notice: In weekend the Old town will be locked for walking street so we may just get you closest to your hotel if your hotel is inside there.

Was reasonable well organised had a little mix up on paying for kayaking but on the whole really lovely. Guides nice and informative
Left us waiting for pick up. only when we rang after NOT being picked up did they say they dont do this tour anymore and then cancelled us!! Left us high and dry - avoid as very unprofessional!!!!
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your feedback. In the Group tour, pick up details is described clearly: When your hotel is outside Old Town you will need to come to meet point. At departure time you are still 10 kms away and we canceled and refunded the tour in full for you. We also stopped selling the basic tours and asked Viator for cancelation. Lucy we had pick up from hotel because the departure point was different to information on the booking. Boat was sea worth just. Lunch was good, toilets were clean, staff could be a bit more helpful
After visiting Ninh Bình, we continued with a tour to Ha Long Bay organized by Vietnam Tour Tailor. The company arranged for us to have an excellent guide, Minh. He spoke fluent English and was also very humorous; his explanations about the sites in Ha Long Bay made our trip both enjoyable and comfortable. The day before our tour, there was heavy rain, and we were quite concerned. However, Vietnam Tour Tailor kept us updated on the situation so that we could fully enjoy our trip. Fortunately, on the day we went to Ha Long Bay, the weather was very pleasant, the sea was clear, and we visited Suprise Cave and many other islands. We even had a sumptuous lunch on the boat. Thank you, Minh and the organizing team. We will definitely return in the near future.
Ha Long Bay is stunning, with its limestone islands and wonderful cave, cool beach. Additionally, the nice food and attentive service made the experience truly wonderful and unforgettable. Our group was very pleased with the time spent with Windy. He gave us a little history lesson on Vietnam during the 2 hour drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay and answered whatever questions we had. The boat was clean and the lunch served was more than enough for our group of six. We made a stop at Hang Sung Sot Cave, Surprise Cave, which was the highlight of our tour. Windy showed us the different rock formations (stalactites) as we walked up and down numerous steps throughout the different passageways inside the cave. We highly recommend Windy and his company. He made our visit to beautiful Halong Bay unforgettable!
