This agency helped me a lot in organizing my days and making the most of the most iconic museums, thanks to their fantastic tour guides. I highly recommend it. They are also very flexible and accommodating if you need to reschedule.
I bought this visit on the platform "Headoit", which I recommend, as everything was fine, despite having made the reservation several months in advance. The guide - in Spanish - was very competent in the question of the knowledge, as well as in transmitting them, which joined an innate sympathy. He's sorry, but I didn't write down the name... I highly recommend.
Uffizi with our Guide Raffaello was great. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly was interested in explaining the details. Two hours just like that went by The guide for Academia was also very good. Not sure of his name may be Antonio but again was very passionate in sharing details
Excellent tour guide. Had lot of dedication and passion in explaining in depth of the artefacts. Could give more time for the guided tour considering the vast area that was to be covered. Good value for money.

The booking information led me to believe that the tour included visiting both places, one right after the other. It said the duration of the tour was three hours. When we checked in, we were told that the first tour would last from 11:00-1:00 and the second tour would last for one hour beginning at 2:00. It worked out fine, but was not what we were expecting. Our guide at the Uffizi spent too much time on certain pieces of art, making us feel like we were missing out on seeing most everything else. It was hard to understand him. We enjoyed the guide at the Academia. She gave us time to see all of the exhibits.
The local company running the tour was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to talk to us at check in. After waiting at their store, walking several blocks to Uffizi, only then did we put our headphones on to realize that several of them did not work. So then we waited in the heat for staff to go back and get functioning headphones. If they hadn’t been so unhappy to talk to their customers at the check in, they could have handed out headphones and done a test. Our guide was very good. Extremely knowledgeable.
We had a great tour with Viktoria through the Uffizi Gallery. Very informative and entertaining. Highly recommended!
Our guide was amazing. But we could not make the second tour as the first was still finishing. Part of the tour is just getting to and in the museum which are up some of our time. If there is a longer tour, take that one.
The guide was knowledge but her accent jade it very difficult to understand. It also was not made clear that this was 2 separate tours and not 1 combined tour. This was very confusing.
The Accademia tour with Julia was fantastic. Julia was hands down the best tour guide we’ve had during our trip to Rome & Florence (we toured all the major places of interests). She was super articulate, caring and a great storyteller. We got a different guide for the following Uffizi tour, Phillip. He was a fine guy. Not as exciting as Julia but did a good job.
