Transportation not Available: Guests must have Rental Car – No Taxi or Ubers. After an interpretive hike through natural trails lined with beautiful flora and fauna, some river wading and small climbs, you will arrive at a hidden gem found in the heart of the rainforest. This breathtaking segment of the 29,000-acre forest is like a natural playground. Here you will have the chance to swim in the natural pools, refresh in waterfalls, slide down an exhilarating natural waterslide, rope swing into the river, jump from different rock formations and enjoy fresh local fruit with a view. Along with all of this excitement, you will also have time to simply relax to the sounds of cascading waters and take in the beauty of this very special place.

- The difficulty level of this excursion is considered to be moderate to strenuous depending on your physical fitness level. It is very important that you are in good physical condition in order to participate and enjoy yourself. The terrain in the rainforest can be muddy, slippery, uneven and include river-wading, climbing large rocks and steep inclines. This excursion is recommended for guests with an active lifestyle
- Minimum age is 8 years old
- Maximum weight limit is 240 lbs
- Maximum age is 70 years old
- NOTE: Saturday's tour is longer (approximately 1 more hour) and more strenuous than Sunday - Friday. It's very important that you are able to comply with all of the tour restrictions, have a strong physical fitness level and are able to bring your knees up to your chest.

Charlene and Rene were our guides and they were excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better, smoother experience for our fam of five. Instructions for where to meet were clearly laid out, the guides were experts at making everyone in our group at varying levels of fitness and water skills feel comfortable. They led us to the most beautiful waterfalls and cliffs to jump off of and ropes to jump from into pristine waters. Ended with fresh fruit, water, drinks, and granola snacks. Truly a memorable day led by some great people!! Highly recommend
Great half day excursion. Met at a fresh fruit stand, had some amazing smoothies before heading to the rainforest. The drive was an adventure in itself, one well worth it. The hike to the swimming areas was a bit of a challenge for those who do not do well with inclines. However, our guides took multiple breaks to allow everyone to make the most of the journey. The water was amazing. The rock slide was fun and exciting. The cliff jumping added a bit more extreme for those willing to take the leap. And the rope swing, while a long line, was a fun too. Definitely recommend for those looking to have a fun time and still have a portion of you day to have some of your own time. Our guide, Rene and his partner (missed her name unfortunately), were great to hang out, chat with, and learn a little more about the island and the forest.

I was really scared not knowing what to expect and having to do strenuous work. However, our tour guides made it less frightening and guided us step by step. I would do it again.
