Half-Day Snorkeling Experience in the Kerama Islands from Naha

The staff very friendly and carefull. We were the only family with small children and the guide gave extra attention for my son. The people without any experience can feel safely join the tour. Wetsuit, fin, goggles, bathtowel, and drink water are provided, you can come and go with hands free. They will also take pictures of you while doing the activities and you can download it from the link that they sent by email. I absolutely will book another trip with them another time we come to okinawa.

Snorkelling with the group at Marine Club Berry was fantastic. The tour was so well run. If you are being picked up at one of the Naha hotels for the 13:00 tour, know that you need to be at the hotel about 30 minutes before for the bus pickup. The bus does not pick you up at 13:00 but rather 12:30 ish. Once we got situated at the actual location 那覇市港町2-3-13 where the tour starts at, you’ll get a wetsuit and be set up for the type of tour you paid for. If you chose snorkelling, know that all of the supplied equipment is cleaned with soap for the next group. (I watched the guides wash all of the gear on our way back to port after our tour, and was very impressed). My 7-year old who had never snorkelled absolutely loved it. Our guide was patient, helpful, and pulled our son on a handy booby board with handles. My son really came out of his shell and loved this whole day. He didn’t want to get out of the water! There is no beach stop. Just about 3 hours of snorkelling (if you choose the snorkelling package). This tour was so well run, and felt very safe. I can’t say enough about how comfortable our guide made us feel, and how kind he was. Cheers from Canada.

The online ad on Tripadvisor described 2 different snorkeling spots. We only went to one and dived/snorkeled there for 2 hours which was more than enough time to take us to another spot. We also asked about the parasailing as it was my wife's birthday and I wanted to have her try it for the first time. The staff said it was too windy but then proceeded to take a group of 6 people out for parasailing. There was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff as well. The snorkeling was good but there was a lot left to be desired.

I had the best snorkeling experience! I was a complete beginner and not a confident swimmer at all but the guides really put me at ease and gave a thorough explanation. I felt really safe at all times. And above all I actually was able to enjoy it despite having lots of apprehension about it. The beauty of the coral and the fish was out of this world :)

Crew was very helpful and accommodating. English speaking staff if needed. Overall a professional and well run operation.

It was fine. We are experienced snorkelers and this was absolutely a beginner trip. We did not need a 45-minute briefing, wearing wetsuits were humiliating for some of our party, and being required to stay next to a guide was limiting. On the other hand, the sealife was abundant, the slide was fun, the underwater photos were free, and it wasn’t expensive. I give it a solid 3/5. I didn’t see other tour operators so I can’t say I’d go elsewhere. It was fine.

It was my first time snorkeling and I am not a confident swimming at all. Richard was amazing, really took care of me and I felt very safe. He went out of his way to make sure we all had a good time. I'm just sorry I didn't get to say thank you before we left. We also got some brilliant photos. Thanks Richard 😊.

I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Okinawa. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and fun. Everyone is very professional and the food they provide is delicious. The views are 素晴らしい and the experience overall was スゴイ

Staff are excellent. I would have preferred to snorkel from an island as opposed to the boat. Of course the boat was always there for us to climb board and relieve ourselves from exhaustion. Water and tea on board. Belongings were always safe. Did I mention the staff. Damn, I don’t think I have ever encountered staff who strive for customer satisfaction like these guys. We arrived and filled out a form to confirm our sea worthiness. I almost failed cause of a heart attack about 8 years ago. Finally, after a few minutes they agreed that I could join them in a snorkelling trip. I did have a glass or 5 of wine the night before, but shouldn’t be a problem. Did I mention the staff, they gave enough instruction for me to feel safe about snorkelling. I borrowed their gear, goggles, a snorkely thing and flippers. I was set. Maybe I worked too hard and tired quickly. I scarambled aboard for a rest. Plenty of water and tea on board, so I re hydrated myself. Felling better, I jumped back into the sea. Did I mention the staff. They were bloody marvellous. They supported my endeavour at snorkelling. The group did see turtles swimming, alas I was already on board taking my break. I would definitely use these guys again. I really can’t get over how friendly and professional they ALL are. I really hope the management read this. While I did not discuss remuneration with any of the staff, if it wasn’t for them this company would not exist. I hope you are paying more than they are worth. I would just like to extend my thanks to the staff for making sure my partner and I had the best time.
