It was indeed a comfortable ride but we wished there was more information on the city sites and a better sound system on the bus.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We appreciate your suggestions regarding more detailed information about the city sights and improvements to the sound system, and we will certainly take them into consideration to enhance our service in the future.

Good tour and tour guide. Bus was clean and comfortable. Tsumba was great—-very friendly and knowledgeable and funny. However I do not think the tour was worth the $93.00 that we paid. We stopped at 3 main sites and we literally “passed by” many other stops along the way which was difficult to see while on the bus. Again the tour itself was good and the tour guide great. I gave this tour a low rating for the overall value given the cost and what we got out of the tour.
Thank you for joining our tour. We are sorry to hear that this tour didn’t match your expectations. We shall share your opinion in our company and will work for improvement for the future. Best regards, Japan Panoramic Tours
Excellent service of our guide Yui. She's so positive. She is professional and ensures that all members of the group are counted. She makes sure to follow us to avoid getting lost on the way. She knows a lot about religious culture and also about Tokyo social activity

The half day tour is exactly half of the full day tour so, you will not be dropped back at your originating location. Meaning, we were left on the other side of the city to find our way back.
Thank you for joining out tour and your feedback. Please note that the drop-off location is clearly stated on the product page, so we kindly ask you to review the details before booking. As mentioned, the half-day tour is exactly half of the full-day itinerary, which means it does not return to the original starting point. We appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies any confusion. Best regards, Operation Team
