Bratislava is a charming place. The tour operators were very responsive and kept me updated throughout and followed up to make sure everything went well. If you are in Vienna and have half a day to spare, I would recommend this tour.
Ava, our guide, was so knowledgeable and lovely. She made every accommodation for our small group and brought us to the best places in Bratislava.
