Unfortunately the day I did my tour two groups were joined together meaning I visited places that were not on my itinerary which included an elephant riding place that I felt very uncomfortable visiting as I don’t believe in riding elephants or having them tied up for forced interactions. I did explain this to the guide and she was very apologetic. Overall the guide and the driver were friendly and knowledgeable.
Gemini said Dear Lisa, We sincerely apologize for the group merger and the unplanned stop at the elephant site. We take animal welfare seriously and have officially removed all elephant interactions from our itineraries as of March 1, 2026. We’re glad you liked our team and appreciate your feedback, which helped us make this change. Best regards, Thailand Tours Team
