Easy and comfortable. The demonstration with short but very interesting glass and the two islands are very pretty
Excellent and exciting very informative worth the trip. Highly recommend to your friends and family.
We could never find the motorboat and missed the excursion. We were so disappointed and called aviator immediately. They did not have a later excursion and had to leave the next morning. We got an email that said they would not refund our money so not happy with the company and will not book with them again!
Overall well, although it seems to me that after ending up in Burano, he went a lot extra round to go for another group of people on another island and I think that extended the return a lot. The guide was very friendly and gave a good explanation although I think it was missing that we were also told the points of interest in the islands.
Could not locate anyone at meeting place was at exact location and no o e showed up. Would love a credit to my account
Burano is lovely and the Murano glass factory was fascinating! I highly recommend this tour. The commentator guide spoke 4 languages making sure that everyone understood her.
Tour was professionally narrated. Both Morano & Burano are great places to visit & tour. Shopping in both locations were affordable.
Fantastic value for money! Great rip and well informed of the itinerary. My only complaint was there was no one to greet us on the promenade at the pick up point. It was extremely busy with lots of tours etc getting on board and we were told jetty 1/2/3 however no one with a sign which would have been helpful.
The cruise is promoted with a guide in Spanish, but unfortunately not all the instructions are given in this language, much less the information on each island, so important data on their history is not obtained.
Very busy check in but helpful guide and quick enough to get another boat if very busy. Was colder than we expected outside for the journey but the multi-lingual announcements were humorous and informative. The glass blowing was a must to see and is included in the price. The experience getting back on the boat at the end wasn’t great but all in all worked out okay for the hour’s journey back
