We found the operator on TripAdvisor and after two different activities with them we took this experience because we wanted something different and excited The tour was great, pick up on time, people is friendly and the cenote was amazing, I think the food is not enough but it taste really good
Here are some tips that you wanna know if you’re gonna go. 1. if you get a package for four people, the ATVs with the package are doubles. So if your party is for four people and everyone wants to go on single ATVs, you have to buy two more individual ATVs, each @ $30. 2- You want to arrive dressed for ATVs and zip lines. Recommend closed toe shoes and longer shorts/sweats. There is space to change into swimsuits later on. Take swim shoes for the cenote or go barefoot- either works. 3- Take a towel! When you go to cenote, there are little stores and you can buy souvenirs so take your card or money. 4- The food is delicious. You’ll get two tacos (taquitos) at the end and you can buy more food if you want. It was all delicious. Take cash to tip. Everything else can be paid with Apple Pay or credit cards. If you have more questions you’ll get the WhatsApp number after paying. I messaged them and immediately had answers to my questions. We booked last minute (5pm booking for next day 1pm reservation) and they arranged transportation for us.
Hands down the best!!! It was really fun to ride in the jungle, explore nature, and see different areas.
This was our second excursion with this company, and it was so much fun that we can say they offer an excellent quality product. We’ve visited Cancun a couple of times, and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. The ATV circuit is great, the zipline circuit is fun, and the cenote is amazing. 100% recommended.
Worst experience of my life failed to communicate properly with me. Wouldn’t refund my money after I cancel the trip with an adequate time. Very unresponsive with communicating definitely wouldn’t recommend zero out of 10 go elsewhere.
We’re truly sorry to read your review, especially given the full context of your situation. To clarify for anyone reading: you canceled at the last minute, and according to our cancellation policy — which is clearly stated on Viator — refunds are not typically granted in such cases. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception and processed a full refund, even though your cancellation fell outside the refund window. As we explained, refunds can take a few business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We communicated this to you and handled the situation as fairly and kindly as possible. We feel it’s not fair to leave such a harsh and misleading review when: • You were the one who canceled. • We responded and refunded you even though we weren’t obligated to. Our team works hard to provide great service and unforgettable experiences, and we’re always transparent about our policies. We kindly ask that reviews reflect the truth and the full context — not just frustration over timing. Wishing you the best on your future travels. Sincerely,
We went on this tour yesterday with our kids (8 and 10) and they had a blast. The place is really fun and not crowded at all, felt almost like a private tour. Luis was our guide and he was awesome super patient and stayed with us the whole time. Only thing we didn’t love was the food they gave very little and we were still kinda hungry after. Also, the drive from Cancun was around 45 mins. But honestly, everything else was great and it was a cool experience for all of us.
We did the adrenaline tour with the ATVs, zip-lines, and a cenote, and honestly, we had such a good time. Everything felt safe and smooth, and the guides were super cool and made it fun from start to finish. It was the right amount of adventure for us, even with the kids. Definitely a day full of laughs and good memories.
We also decided to to the atv adventure with them, actually they were a recoommendation of one of my best friends he visited cancun last month and we also enjoyed the tour, was our first time at a Cenote and was great!
Here to share my experience with this excursion. Pick up and transportation to the destination was smooth and on time. From the hotel zone area the ride was about 45 minutes given the fact that we had to make multiple stops to pick everyone up from their hotel. After about 15 minutes of riding the atv that I had after running into a thick tree branch, it kept turning off on me completely, it was at least six times. The guy that was in my group helped me more than the tour guides. I’ve done atv excursions before so I knew what to expect, but I must say that the road that they had us go on was EXTREMELY rocky. I’ve never done an excursion with an atv that had roads that rocky. Zip lining, a cenote, and lunch is included in your admission, and I like that they give you the option of if you would like to upgrade your admission and add horse back riding. Lockers are mandatory and $7 extra even if you have a small mini bag that can be attached to you and taken along, they tell you that you have to buy a locker because you can’t take your phones or stuff with you due to “safety purposes” but that’s really just so you won’t take pics with your own phone while on the excursions because they have a photographer that takes pics of you, which they make sure takes the pics the entire time, even to the point where we are doing extra loops around the road to get a pic, which they try to upsell you with at the end. The MAIN thing that I had an issue with was the transportation back to our hotel. The group before us LEFT before us in which we had to wait TWO HOURS after the excursions were done to be taken back to our hotels. We were tired, hot, and ready to go. Every time we asked if the driver was coming back we were told 15 minutes every single time. We were supposed to leave at 1:00pm and didn’t leave auntie around 3:00pm. I would of gave them a better rating, had the transportation and atv accommodations been better.
Everything was great! The only downside to it was the horse back ride was extremely boring and THEY walk the horses but other than that we loved our time here
