I usually plan and book my own travel but decided to use a travel agency this time for a multi city trip in Vietnam. I was so impressed and happy with the service and super quick response time, even while I was in the US time zone! The Agent TAM was so helpful and provided endless options and suggestions for my tight itinerary. He handled everything from the ground transportation, hotel, private driver, EXCELLENT food tour with TONY!, flights and activities. He provided info and support before and during the entire trip confirming drivers and activities! We enjoyed a private driver in Hanoi visiting different sites, and stopping at many local food spots. The hotel was clean and very central and convenient in the Old Quarter area. The free breakfast was great, with an amazing view! (May De Ville Hotel) The next day was a day cruise trip to HaLong Bay. Easy transfer and comfortable cruise and amenities. Also handled the flight booking from Hanoi to DaNang! I highly recommend BNT Agency and ask for Tam! Would definitely use again on my next trip!

When I started to plan a trip for 12pax from india to vietnam, came across Bnt travels. From the start ms ram was extremely helpful in suggesting how we could plan our 7 day tour of vietnam. We had a mixed age group between 16 to 81 yrs and hence quite a lot of attractions that we had in mind. Working with ms ram helped us to find attractions that we could definitely visit and also those that we had not planned. Ms tam took care of our needs from the time we landed in Hanoi to the time we left Ho Chi Minh. She took care of the guides, Transportation, areas to shop, additional attractions and was always there with us right through the journey. Even before we landed, she made sure there was flexibility in payments and could give us good rates. From the time we landed, each day she used to ping us atleast 3-4 times a day to find if everything was going fine or any corrections were required. She was able to coordinate across multiple partners to take use from Hanoi (bach long in love chau, ha long bay), da nang (hoi an, BA Na hills and attractions in da nang), hi chi Minh (Mekong delta, cu chi tunnels). The overall arrangement was excellent and far exceeded the expectations we had. Thank you so much ms. Tam for everything. We did have a very memorable and cherish able experience of vietnam.
