Driver was on time and was waiting for us as we left the terminal with our names clearly shown. He was extremely courteous, helpful and had an extensive knowledge of the Hanoi area. The drivers driving skills were excellent resulting in a relaxed trip for us, we have no hesitation in recommending this private car transfer company and would definitely use them again.
