Firstly the staff on the boat and coach were fantastic along with stunning scenery they made the trip especially Tina and Shasa, they could not do enough for us Tina in service and shasa over all. There was and elderly lady on the ship and they went to extraordinary lengths to make sure she was having a good time it was great to see. My reason for not giving them a 5 was that we were transferred to this sister ship and they told us because of this we would get a room upgrade which was a complete lie our room was the same as all the other base rooms and right next to the engine and generator also the rooms do need some tlc just starting to fray around the edges. They catered well for my wife’s gluten-free diet though which brought it up to the 4
