The facilities include a restaurant with stage and large LED screen TV, bar- sky bar- lounge, 2 sundecks with sunbeds and jacuzzi bathtubs. The cruise is a great option to have unforgettable memories in Halong Bay. Inspiration from the sounds created by the wind and waves. The wind produces music as it brushes against rocks and trees, while waves crash onto mountains and the hulls of boats, creating their own melodies. FOR GUESTS BOOK TRANSFER FROM HANOI ONLY: We will collect all the guests in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House if outside between 7h00 AM to 7h30 AM. It will be 2.5 hour drive on expressway to Halong Bay- And then embark on our cruise. The cruise journey starts.
You will have a short time to rest at Halong International Marina before boarding. Then, Halong Symphony cruise will welcome you with professional and friendly staff to begin exploring the World’s Natural Heritage site- Halong bay.
Halong Symphony cruise will take you to explore the poetic beauty of the bay and the wonder of nature. From cruise, you will see hundreds of limestone mountains with countless different shapes and emerald sea water. All converging with the cloud and sky to creat a beautiful, shimmering picture that can make you smile, touch every soul- even the coldest.
You will leave cruise with tour guide to explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves of the bay- Surprising cave. Just from first steps leading into the cave, you will gradually feel beauty and mystery what the Nature bestows this cave. Here, our guide will share you interesting and useful informations about destination as an indispensable spice in the dish called Heritage Journey.
After having lunch, you will continue your exploration by rowing boat( or kayak) to visit Luon cave. The cave is about 40m of length, which opens an extremely peaceful and secluded valley.(Pay extra for this service)
Just after visiting Luon cave, our tender boat will take you all the way to Ti Top island. Here, you will have around 45 minutes to rest or immerse yourself into cool sea water of Halong ay.
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Enjoy Afternoon Tea Under the Sunset After participating in outdoor activities, you will come back cruise and begin the journey back marina. Our cruise staffs will set up sunset party during cruising. You will enjoy fruits, cakes and drinks. At this time, staffs and guide will share insights, interact with guests, express gratitude to every one and foster a sense of connection. 17:00 PM: DISEMBARK AT HALONG INTERNATIONAL MARINA. NOTE: FOR GUESTS BOOK CRUISE FROM HARBOR: You will finish day cruise after boat return to Main Land.
FOR GUESTS BOOK TRANSFER FROM HANOI : You will get on group limousine bus back to Hanoi between 19h00 pm to 19h30 PM. End tour.

Trip Date: 25th May 2024 Overall Rating: 3/5 Ship: 4/5 The ship felt older and more worn than in photos. Tour Experience: 5/5 A great tour around Ha Long Bay. Staff: General Staff: 5/5 Attentive and excellent service. Tour Manager (Lucky): 5/5 Resolved billing issue promptly. Bar Manager (Tea Tuanto): 0/5 (should be infinitely negative) Unprofessional and difficult regarding billing. Incident: I was charged twice for the same transaction. Lucky, the tour manager, resolved it the next day, but Tuanto, the bar manager, handled the situation unsatisfactory and was harassing me in WhatsApp. Conclusion: Despite an older ship, it was an enjoyable cruise with excellent staff, marred by a negative billing experience coupled with the unprofessionalism of the bar manager, Tea Tuanto. Hesitant to book again due to this issue. Recommendation: If you choose to book this: 1. stay close woth Lucky the tour manager 2. be cautious with transactions that will be paid via credit card 3. accept that the ship is in an older condition/state 4. and most importantly, avoid dealing with the bar manager, Tea Tuanto at all costs.

During the boat trip our cruise manager will support you directly and quickly, however you can contact your agent directly to be supported more and leave the right place for your feedback. You should be in touch wiht your agent before, during and after the trip to be supported the whole trip and be able to show all your experience correctly to your agent, they may not know to check and improve.
