I loved it, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Such beautiful masterpieces it was an amazing experience.

Our guide was very good although she seemed to be a bit rushed. Hearing about the history of the museum and seeing all of the major works of art were amazing.
If you don’t want breakfast and you just want the skip the line tickets and someone to show you where the Botticelli and da Vinci galleries are — this is the tour for you. If you want an engaging tour guide and to really dive into the history of the art in the uffizi, maybe keep scrolling. when we arrived at the meet-up point at 9:50 rather than 9:45, we were told that we were too late for the breakfast but that we could have it after the tour. After checking our vouchers, we were divided into groups for the English and Italian tours. The organiser made a big fuss about us booking the Italian tour despite me showing her exactly where the viator advert indicated that it was offered in English and Italian. She was incredibly rude to my mom and myself. The page advertised that the tour was offered in English and Italian. I specified that we would like to book the English tour in the comments section. When I asked her if I could simply have a refund she let us join the tour. The tour guide was lovely but not particularly engaging. Compared to other tours we had done, this was super disappointing by comparison. Even if the tour only focused on a few pieces, I felt like we didn’t get much background and my questions weren’t answered. When the tour ended we returned to the meet-up point to go for the breakfast that we were five minutes late for. We were very gruffly told that we couldn’t have the breakfast because we booked the Italian tour …. Rather than question that logic we left.
Our guide was very knowledgeable a very informative tour. He seemed to be a proud Florentine. I loved the tour!! I would not recommend the breakfast we met the visitor rep, she dropped us to a nearby cafe and told us to me back at the meeting point at a certain time.
Margarita met us first to take us to breakfast. Great spot close to the museum with mouthwatering pastries & espresso (juice too!). Then we met back up with them and the guide was there along with her and someone to pass out the headsets, which were good quality. I unfortunately forgot our guides name, but she was absolutely fabulous!!! Very informative, went directly to the good stuff & then wrapped it up for us to explore.
