A visit to a wine factory and a viewpoint round off the day. Start off with a guided visit to Kos town and its eye-catching harbor. Next, step back in time at ancient Asclepeion, which remains one of Greece's most important archaeological sites. You will have free time to explore and imagine Hippocrates, who was born in Kos, undergoing his medical education at the Asclepeion. Among the attractions are the remains of the world's first hospital, where doctors learned about medicine from Hippocrates. You'll visit the mountain village of Zia, known for traditional architecture and wonderful views. After lunch in a typical restaurant, it's on to taste local wine at a wine factory, and at the end of the excursion, you have the chance to capture amazing photos at Kefalos village.

Next, step back in time at ancient Asclepeion, which remains one of Greece's most important archaeological sites. Discover the site of the ancient Asclepeion healing sanctuary.
You'll also visit the mountain village of Zia, which sprawls beneath Mount Dikaios and is best known for traditional architecture and wonderful views of the coast.
At the end of the excursion, you have the chance to capture amazing photos at Kefalos village at the south part of the island.

I am waiting for TripAdvisor to fully refund my money because the tour company canceled the tour 15 minutes after it was supposed to start! And only after I contacted TripAdvisor to get a hold of them!
At first I thought this was a little expensive at €85pp with Tui, however, it is quite good value for money. The guide was knowledgeable and fun and you get earpieces to wear throughout the day so you don't miss anything. You don't get a lot of free time, at any of the places (around 30mins) so if you really want to explore Kos town for yourself, best to go on a different tour. The lunch was basic but plentiful with lovely views from Zia. All in all I would recommend this tour. As a side note, I have a few issues sometimes with mobility but this did not hamper me on this tour, as the walks weren't too long or arduous.
