Our tour guide, Richard was very knowledgeable and professional. He called me personally when we could not meet because of a yearly festival was happening in the square we were meeting. We soon found each other when he arrived at our location and began the tour. He was very intelligent, spoke perfect English and made the stories interesting. We thoroughly appreciated his expertise and information.
Complete visit to Palma and another day to Valldemosa very well, the Hotel Bocca ccio very well located and salad food and very good grilled fish and meat, correct rooms and clean
It is unfortunate that a place with the prestige it holds in its name has such poor service. Despite being less than half full, the waiters don't even come close to you, they bring you the lemon, the napkins, the sauce and the bill after 10 minutes despite asking for it on 3 or 4 occasions from different waiters. . Cold food and children's buffet portions at a really high price for what they serve. Truly the worst I have seen in San Luis Potosí.
Great time in Florence! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. We loved learning about the rich history of the region.
Kateryn was so accommodating and told intriguing stories of the history of Florence, how politics influenced the arts and the construction of landmarks, and some modern culture suck as the soccer festival on St. John the Baptist Day. And a surprise bit of info about wine doors! She was truly delightful!
This was so fun!! Our guide was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. She knew the answers to our random questions and also gave us some great local recommendations!
This is a great overview walking tour. You get an up-close view of all the important buildings without going inside. We did the tour in July, so the sun was still up for most of the tour. (See photos to see "golden hour" light.) It was a cooler time of day to do a walking tour, so I would recommend it for just that in the summer months. Guide pointed out details we would have missed on our own. We all wore little headsets, so could wonder off a bit from the group if we wanted to. Informative and enjoyable tour.
Wonderful walking tour in the evening--after the heat of the day and out of the thick of the crowds. Our guide was very informative about the history of Florence.
We booked this as a last-minute thing and are so glad that we did. We only had 24 hours in the wonderful city and so this was the best way for us to knock off all the things that we needed to see. And it was only two hours. If you do this, specifically ask for Aurora. She was a great tour guide. She was sweet, funny, knowledgeable and had a great way about the way she took us along all the sights. Would give her my highest recommendation.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and kind. She was very educated on Florence and showed us some amazing sights. It’s a great easy walk and simple to do in the evening before a dinner.
