- All drivers are required to get a hardcopy paper booklet of your 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by the Official agency in your country. (AAA, AA, CAA, ATCUAE, et al.)
- For driving licenses issued from France, Switzerland, Taiwan, Germany, Monaco, and Belgium, you need a JAPANESE TRANSLATION of your local license. You can obtain the physical copy from JAF office (Japan Automobile Federation).
- 1968 Vienna Convention, IDA, IAA or any other permits acquired online are NOT RECOGNIZED by Japan.
- Online copy or any digital copy of your permits are NOT valid.
- Driving permits from Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Kuwait, Qatar, and some countries are NOT ALLOWED to drive in Japan, please check if your country issues the 1949 Geneva Convention Permits.
- Please obtain your permits before leaving your country.

Worth the money! Instructor is very helpful and trustful as they allow you to drive straight away. They took care of my wife as she had to stay due to pregnancy. Tour is eventful, not going one speed, key locations etc. if your in Japan book with them!

Great experience driving through Tokyo, we had the 6pm slot and was great to experience the roads and night life! Tour guides were great and very helpful on the roads on when to go etc! A very fun and must book

We booked the Tokyo tower tour so we could experience the karting and also see areas of the city not previously explored by us. We made the booking early evening the night before the tour at 10am. Upon arrival we were informed due to the last minute booking there wasn’t a guide available. We were obviously disappointed. We were offered a tour the following day or alternative tour but these weren’t suitable. After some negotiation the company arranged the tour we booked from one of the other tour office locations, slightly later the same morning. This worked for us so seemed like a good compromise. The tour was brilliant, our guide was great, carefully explained everything, took some great photos and made the experience very enjoyable. We took up the kind offer of a free go pro video by way of compensation, although we haven’t received the footage yet. Would highly recommend this experience, crazy fun.
Probably the most fun you can have. See the sights of the city from up close. Our guide Biel was great he took us on the tower tour which was a 90 minute tour down town. We saw a lot of the city from a unique view in go karts. We wished we had time to do it again
