Julia was a great guide. Knew the topic (Medici) well. Told some interesting facts. Very polished. Answered all of our questions. She provided a great walking tour. Also included information about issues related to the Medici - Florence, the Church, rivals, etc. glad she was the guide
The tour was interesting, the guide had extensive knowledge but my only observation is that the tour should have been focus less on florence and traditions and more on the medicis.
Our guide Sylvia gave an excellent and thorough explanation about the Medici family, creation of Florence and everything about the city. She explained every stop and it's indepth history and also have recommendations on where to eat. Grazie Sylvia, now I know a little more about this beautiful and amazing city of Firenze.💕. I highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide did not show up without a message. It was a no show and we were refused a refund. We list this activity and the money.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Our guide was present at the meeting point and waited for more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, even though there were other guests ready to begin the tour. We were also contacted by Viator to try to reschedule your tour for a different time, but unfortunately, you declined the offer. As this was not a private booking, we are unable to delay the entire group beyond the waiting period. We truly regret that we couldn’t accommodate you on this occasion and hope to welcome you in the future under better circumstances.
Eduardo took us on an unforgettable tour, with very beautiful historical details. with a touch of humor. then Eduardo. the family from the Netherlands May 27, 2025.
I had an amazing tour guide called Rachele , he knowledge and experience was incredible and I learnt so much . It’s was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend the Medici tour and Rachele .
The Medici family is a topic so vast that requires a good chronological explanation to deliver the information in a way that foreigners can follow the topic. In some parts of the tour, we got lost trying to follow the explanation. We asked for an English native speaker but were not assigned one. For what I gather from other people’s opinions, this tour company needs to be more attentive to people’s requirements.
Dear Daphne, we are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any difficulty in following the explanation of the vast and complex topic of the Medici family. We understand the importance of clear and engaging storytelling, especially on historical subjects rich in detail. However, we would like to clarify that, as this is a group tour in Italy, we cannot guarantee the presence of a native English-speaking guide. Having guides who are fluent in multiple languages is a privilege that we value highly, but it is not something we can ensure in a group setting. For a native English-speaking guide, we recommend booking a private tour, where we can better accommodate specific requests. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our service to offer an ever more satisfying experience. Best regards, My Green Tour
A very good guide that spoke very good English. Radios made it easy to hear. A good walking tour that gave us a great orientation on our first day in Florence
