- Single supplement for single room. Prices quoted are per person for groups of at least 2 people travelling together. If only one person travels, a single supplement will apply. Contact us if you need a quote for the individual supplement.
- Policy for children: 0 to 2 years: 50% of the price (includes airfare). From 3 to 11 years: 80% of the price sharing bed with parents (maximum 2 children); 100% if separate bed is requested.
- US dollars are widely accepted in Asia and easy to exchange. In addition, in most of the cities visited, it is possible to use credit cards.
- It is important to inform about food allergies before starting the trip to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.
- Additional baggage : If you are carrying more weight, please inform us at least 72 hours before the flight in order to assist you. The additional cost for each kilo must be covered by the customer.
- Travel insurance is not included. We recommend purchasing insurance from your home country for peace of mind.
- Triple rooms: In Asia they usually consist of two single beds or a double bed with an additional bed for the third person.
- Changes in itinerary : The order of visits can be adjusted for organizational reasons, while maintaining scheduled activities, except in cases of adverse weather conditions. Transfer, excursion and domestic flight schedules may vary. In general, the guide will leave a message at reception in the evening with details of the next day.
- Use of credit cards : In some hotels, it is essential to present a credit card as a guarantee at check-in.
- Single Rooms : Check the rates if you want a single room.
- Reservations: Requires a minimum of 30 days in advance.

I can recommend Mundo Asia as a serious agency, well registered, and with very good value for money. Additionally, they provided personalized and very professional follow-up with Claudia from the booking until my return flight, even after an earthquake that I experienced, ensuring everything went smoothly. All services and food were of excellent quality; you wake up and sleep with a fantastic panoramic view of Tokyo from the 33rd floor of the New Otani hotel with its beautiful Japanese garden, a trip full of unforgettable experiences like the Ryokan with onsen and traditional dinner where I slept on tatami and wore a Yukata, tea ceremony in Tokyo, a beautiful walk through the lovely Hakone looking at Fuji in the background of the lake. I loved the trip to the Alps and Kenrokuen Garden visiting the most impressive temples of the main cities, so beautiful and magical. Without a doubt, the key was the good logistics, empathy, and warm treatment from my Japanese guides Heidi, Masami, and Juan Carlos. I recommend the sweets from Hakone, but you must buy them there as they are not sold in any other city.
