Great Phuket ATV & Zipline Adventure

Very unfriendly at reception

communication about confirmation and puck up not clear at all, the activity more waiting than fun as groups are way too big

WEAR BUG SPRAY!! it was fun. wish they didn't rush us on the ziiplines so much and the atv you just are thrown into it. no brief or anything but it was a good time and very happy we did it. white Buddha is closed now due to mudslide but you do see the back of it from afar

Very good service from pickup and drop off, The views on route for photo opportunities are great, the trip went to Rawai beach area, truly jungle and beach view. The staff were all very helpful, an hour was certainly enough for us. Love this tour

We Had the best time with ATV , drove up to the Phuket View point , overlooking Rawai Beach, Fabulous instructor Was excellent Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Great day out, Amazing Experience

This was a fun time! My friend and I decided to give this a try since it was something new that neither of us had done before. And I’m very glad we did. Our tour guide, Abol (I’m not sure of the spelling) went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a great experience. He maintained a steady speed so we, as beginners, could keep up. He even taught us a few tricks that were a lot of fun to pull off and surprisingly easy to perform. He took us to some amazing scenic spots, guided us through challenging trails, and even offered us fresh coconut water (from coconuts he gathered near the trail) and had raincoats handy in case of rain. He even volunteered to take photos and videos for us throughout the trip. 10/10 do recommend. Not just for the fun experience, but the exceptional service as well. At the end of the trek when we returned to the ATV stall, we were also offered fresh sliced watermelon, pineapples, and ice water which was a lovely surprise. If you enjoy activities with a bit of adrenaline involved (but not overly much), making your way through forest trails, and enjoy great scenic views of the ocean from a height, you may want to give this a try.

The experience itself is ok, but after we had to wait 1.5 hours to go back!!! Unacceptable. Our ride was at 12 noon, so wasted the whole day for their. Not worth wasting the whole day

So I booked this ATV experience because according to the offer they provide transport from all Phuket locations. I was quite stunned that they told me a day before that they won’t pick me up from Panwa! When I messaged them back that it isn’t what the offer says and I would like a refund in such case I got ignored and until this day I haven’t got a response. I decided to rent a moped and go there on my own and I’m glad I did that cause ATV ride was superb. Lovely views on the way! So, the ATV ride deserves 5 stars but customer service was awful and deserves 1 star. Hence I can only give it 3 stars 😢. Such a shame.

Amazing. Went to 4 different sights/lookouts. The ATV quad bike is honestly so fun and you traverse multiple terrains like mountains, bushes and even roads. Our tour guigde Ooh was amazing. You get free fruit and water after as well. The hotel transfers were so good.
