We were given incorrect information by the guide who didn’t reply to messages with regards to boarding the cruise. Worst, we booked the cruise based on the advert. The boat that turned up was an old ship. The crew told us that the boat we should have been on has been privately chartered and that the tour operator should have informed us. But hadn’t. The tour operator wouldn’t answer my call, so the crew phoned her and she did. She informed me that there was a mistake but couldn’t give a refund. We wanted to leave the boat before sailing. She admits the mistake but basically our tough luck. Terrible experience. Do not book with this company.
